The last chance to party before the big day
It's now pretty common for a Port Talbot stag party to last for more than one evening, hence the increase of stag weekends. It seems as if the event gets longer and longer with every new generation! And we've seen more and more companies enter the stag weekend market, focused on making life easier for the best man . But obviously they will charge a premium for arranging it all.
Since you're on our site we assume you need to think about the stag weekend. That's going to include everything from setting the date and location, organising the activities and entertainment, and of course keeping the groom somewhere between sober and hammered. Our site will help you think through the weekend and give you tips on all the things to think about for the Port Talbot stag do.
There are so many
great things to do on a stag weekend, including
white water rafting, Surfing, Tank driving, and Zorbing.
Sometimes the best man just likes to organise the activity alone, and create a huge surprise for everyone, but we recommend involving the whole group, if for nothing more than ensuring people bring the right clothing!
Not all of these are available in Port Talbot so you may want to consider other locations. When the cats away, the mice will play
Get ready for a great Port Talbot stag weekend, or at least a brilliant night!
Of course after the activities you'll need some other good stag weekend ideas.
Traditionally the stag would be paraded around a selection of local pubs and the best bars, followed by a small amount of food and a then on to a night club.
And these days many best men like to end the evening in one of the local areas lap dancing clubs. You'll be surprised how many of those are around when you start looking.
Picking the date. Its obviously essential that the groom is available, but also take a look at the outside world. Is there a major sporting event happening that some of the guests will really want to see? This may be a good thing of course - a bunch of mates crowded round the TV with a few beers, watching the FA Cup Final can be a great laugh and focus for the weekend. And of course, make sure that there's enough time between stag and wedding for your best friend to recover!
And please please please make sure that you and the other guests know that it's entirely inappropriate to talk about the specifics of the stag at any point during the wedding, even if you're certain no-one else is listening.
It wasn't long ago that a stag weekend outside of the UK was seen as incredibly unusual, but with the arrival of cheap international flights (as well as the Eurostar) it's almost normal. And there are certainly some unusual stag weekends possible, further away than Port Talbot!
